How to convert PNG to a scanned PDF

Three steps from PNG image to scanned PDF — files stay in your browser.

1

Add your PNG images

Drag and drop your PNG files, or click to browse. Up to 50 images per batch.

2

Choose the scan look

Black and white for text, grayscale for shading, color for diagrams. Corner handles straighten tilted pages.

3

Download the PDF

All images are merged into one scanned PDF; the scanned page images come as a separate download.

A clean page instead of a screenshot

Screenshots and PNG exports carry gray backgrounds and rough edges. The same content as a scanned page is white, straight, and reads like paper.

Private by design

Every operation runs inside your browser. Your images are never uploaded anywhere.

Free & unlimited

No accounts, no daily caps, no watermarks stamped on your files. Ever.

Background normalized per page

Each page's background is estimated and divided out, so gray or tinted PNG backgrounds turn white while content keeps its contrast.

Works everywhere

Any modern browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.

When a PNG needs to look official

A form you filled on screen, a signature page you exported, a diagram that must sit on white paper inside one PDF — PNGs become pages that look printed and scanned.

PNG to scanned PDF FAQ

What happens to transparent areas in my PNG?

They become white. A scanned page is paper — there is no transparency in a scan, so transparent regions are filled with the page background.

Can I mix PNG and JPG files in one batch?

On this page the upload accepts PNG only. Use the photo-to-scanned-document tool to mix formats in one batch — it produces the same scanned PDF.

Can I also get the scanned pages as images?

Yes. Alongside the merged PDF, the scanned pages are offered as JPG images in a separate download.

Does the PDF page size follow my image size?

By default pages are A4 with the image centered. Choose Fit to image if you want each page to match the image's own proportions.
