In Standard mode, no — the AI model runs entirely in your browser and your photos never leave your device. High quality mode sends each photo to our processor temporarily, deletes it immediately after, and never stores it.

What is the difference between Standard and High quality?

Standard is fast, free, and great for clear subjects like products on plain backgrounds. High quality handles hair, fur, and fine edges noticeably better, at the cost of a temporary upload and a few extra seconds.

What format is the output?

Always PNG with a transparent background — the standard for layering cutouts into designs, slides, and storefronts.

Which input formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and BMP, up to 50 images per batch and 30 MB each.

Is it really free?

Yes — both modes, unlimited batches, no account, and no watermarks on your cutouts.
