How do I make a photo collage online?

How many photos can I put in one collage?
Up to 20. Photo counts from 2 to 12 get their own curated layouts; larger batches fall back to an automatic grid.
Can I make a collage with a transparent background?
Yes. Turn on the transparent background and export as PNG or WebP. JPG cannot store transparency, so that format is disabled while it is on.
Can I swap photos inside the collage?
Yes, two ways: drag one cell onto another to swap them, or drag the cards at the top to reorder the whole set.
Does the collage maker recompress my photos?
The collage is drawn at full source resolution — 2x doubles the canvas if you need more. JPG and WebP exports have a quality slider you control.
